VAS is currently searching for a passionate individual who is ready to make an impact in the industry as Vice President of Software Engineering that will lead our development teams through innovative software solutions. Our ideal candidate can be based anywhere in the US with willingness to travel up to 40% (corporate office is located in Madison, WI).

Alta Genetics is adding to their globally renowned sales team in the Indiana and Ohio market. We are looking for a passionate and proven business consultant who will be “boots on the ground” in the territory and focused on the delivery of value-added genetic solutions and programs, building the dairy herd customer portfolio. You will also be responsible for building relationships and rapport with existing customers and focused on retention. 

Dedicated to employee safety and satisfaction, we have created an exciting opportunity within the URUS team. As the URUS Safety Director, you will be responsible for planning the URUS strategic approach for safety and aligning stakeholders across URUS companies to ensure execution. This role is key to developing and executing the URUS safety strategy, creating safety training and resources, and creating a community of safety champions. You are a passionate, decisive, and collaborative leader that can manage diverse stakeholder relationships, create influence without authority, and ultimately achieve results. You will work and collaborate closely with the URUS HR leadership team, local safety champions within operating companies, and management teams to develop a culture of safety. 

The URUS Group is adding to our corporate finance team and we are currently sourcing for a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), In this role, you will lead corporate financial analysis efforts and have responsibility for the treasury function with URUS Global, including Cash & Net Working Capital optimization. You will take a leading role in developing URUS corporate reporting, helping the URUS Executive Team reach financial performance targets and recommending improvements and manage the outstanding items arising from audits, reviews, and meetings.  In addition, you will actively partner with the URUS Executive Board in managing things such as mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, integrations, project or program managements.
