URUS Management Acceleration Program
Are you a fanatically driven, results-focused, high-impact performer? Are you early in your professional journey and aiming to accelerate into a management position? If you answered yes, the URUS Management Acceleration Program is for you!
This program will fast-track your career at URUS. Senior leaders and executives mentor individuals through 2-3 project rotations. High-impact, real-world projects are customized for you to be challenged and grow. During the 2-3 year program, you will create an immediate impact on our business. Through coaching, intensive training, and on-the-job learning, we prepare you for a management career with URUS.
